15-Day & 50 Working Hours Warranty Policy

Welcome to our Boat Delivery Services page! At ACE Marine, your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, which is why we offer a 15-Day and 50 working hours warranty policy on all boat purchases.

Here's how it works:

  • 15 Days & 50 Working Hours: Once you receive your boat, you have a full 15 calendar days and 50 working hours to inspect it and decide if it's right for you.
  • 6-month Warranty: ACE Marine will provide 6 month of warranty for each boat that is sold.
  • Easy Returns & Exchanges: If you're not completely satisfied, simply contact us by email before 5 PM PDT on the 15th day, and we’ll handle the rest. It's that simple!
  • Full Insurance Coverage: Your boat is fully insured during this period, so you don’t have to worry about any accidental damage or mishaps.
  • Buyback Option: If you choose to return the boat, we offer a 100% buyback guarantee at the original purchase price (minus any fees or costs), as long as the boat is still on your property and in its original condition.

    • Important Return Guidelines:

    To ensure fairness and maintain quality standards, we cannot accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Boat has been modified or altered.
  • Boat has been damaged or involved in an accident.
  • Boat shows signs of alteration from its original condition.
  • Boat has been used as collateral (encumbrance).

    If the return is approved, the delivery will be at no cost to you. Refunds for approved returns are processed quickly, but please allow 1-3 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
